Corporate Training Methodologies
Customization and pre-analysis are important elements
of our services that enhance the results of the programme. Before the
training implementation our customer service consultant will
conduct research and study on your organization philosophy,
organization vision and mission statement, nature and background
of business, the organization customers, management concern on certain
problem, background of participant in terms of length of
service, academic background, medium of language and previous
individual training record. This will ensure the training is in line
with the company training needs.

Training
is design base on specific target group consist of 20 to 25
participants per-programme on workshop formats. This will ensure their
active participation and concentration.
We
are using experiential learning
in our entire training programme, learning
is best achieved by experience.
Our consultant believed that training
is fun thus will generate more interest in learning and
participation. The technique will incorporate collage techniques as ice
breaking, short lectures follow by management games, brainstorming,
group discussion and presentation, case study and music.
