Mazdurah Mohd Zin obtained her degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Management from Temple University at Philadelphia, USA in 1989.

Mazdurah started her career as the Assistant Business Manager with The Wilma Theater at Philadelphia, immediately after graduation. Her main job function was to handle the finances of the administrative and production aspect of the Theater.

She then joined the banking sector and was attached to the credit control section of Development & Commercial Bank (now RHB Bank). She was the section head of Research & Loan Risk Rating System, whereby the quality of companies applying for credit facilities were to be reviewed thoroughly.

Mazdurah left the banking sector to join the securities industry where she obtain her Dealer's Representative License from the Ministry of Finance. She was attached to Rashid Hussain Securities Sdn. Bhd. as a remisier and was responsible for executing shares trading transaction and advising clients of the market trends.

Mazdurah is currently the corporate trainer and financial controller for Dayafasih Sdn. Bhd. she has been with Dayafasih since 1996, and is also certified trainer for Permodalan Usahawan Nasional Bhd. (PUNB) since 1985. her areas of coverage include management development, human resources development, entrepreneurship and motivation.

Mazdurah has been widely conducting training programmes for the support staffs, supervisory level and also middle management level in Malaysia and Brunei. Among others, she has conducted reorganization and training workshop such as Team Building, Communication Skills, Positive Work Attitude, Motivational Programmes, Clerical Development Programmes, Executive and Supervisory Development Programmes, effective Customer Service, Grooming for Success etc. The training modules are conducted using the accelerated training and experiential learning concept and are geared towards maximizing participants learning abilities and customize to suit the organization needs.
