Evaluation On Training Effectiveness


Training measurement is one of the important element in our client’s training requirement. The effectiveness of the program will be evaluated on the following level base on the client requirement ;

 

Level 1 - Reaction

 

Questionnaire on the feedback of the program by the participants in the area of.


Facilitator ‘s effectiveness
Program contents
Program methodology
Venue and facilities

 

Level 2 - Learning

 

Pre assessment (questionnaire) on personal goal and
-
challenges faced in the executing current job and then
- follow
by post assessment (questionnaire)


Test — To evaluate their understanding on the subject matter.

 

Level 3 - Change of Behaviors

 

Action Plan
- Specific and measurable action plan
Follow-up through;
- Half-day (1/2-day) session 3 months after the program to
- monitor progress and identify obstacles in implementing
- and applying the skill.

 

Further meeting with management will be arranged after the training to present the assessment and report and discuss the amount of further support needed.
