AsliniI Abdullah is an associate consultant of Dayafasih Sdn. Bhd. Aslini graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Northern Illinois University, USA.

Aslini has gained vast exposure and Experience through various administrative, supervisory and managerial positions that she has in the finance and hotel industries.

She has had extensive experience in training, personnel administration, employee relations and counseling.

In the field of human resources development, she served as Training Manager in a leading 5-star and first-class hotel with responsibility for training of some 700 employees of the organization. As part of her company's succession planning, she was responsible for designing the Management Trainee Program and other related familiarization of exposure programs for the staff.

She has conducted several general development program which included time management and interpersonal skills, managerial and supervisory programs which comprises counseling, stress management, leadership skills, motivation and customer service programs for participants form a number of public and governmental bodies. She has also conducted workshops on TQM and Quality Improvement Tools.

She has been frequently invited to speak in conferences and conduct presentation in which her participation in these occasions has been warmly received, her programs, given excellent reviews and rating.
